Foreclosure Notification Reporting

Important Notice: If you are an existing user of the New Jersey Foreclosure Notification Reporting system, please note that the system has been modified to accommodate the unique complexity of loan servicers, law firms and sub-servicers who represent large numbers of clients. Organizations reporting Notices of Intent to Foreclose will now only need one account per user in order to submit of Notices for any lender and loan servicer. If you already have multiple accounts in the system, one for each lender, NJDCA will be reaching out to you in order to consolidate these separate accounts.

Welcome to New Jersey’s online portal for submitting Notices of Intent to Foreclose (NOIF) on residential properties. P.L. 2019, Chapter 134, requires residential mortgage lenders to report Notices of Intent to Foreclose to the State when Notices are sent to residential mortgage debtors.

This portal is designed for loan servicers and those working on behalf of, to report the required information to the State. It is also designed to provide read only access to Counties, Municipalities and State Agencies to the reported data that fall within their jurisdiction.

First-time users must register and request system access and specify their user role (Notice Submitter, State Agency, County Agency or Municipal Agency). Please click on the First-Time User button below to register.

To ensure proper user access, all requests will be reviewed and approved by an Administrator. Requestors will receive an email notifying them when their request has either been approved or denied.

Once granted access and if you are Notice Submitter, you will have the option to submit individual or multiple Notices. Returning Users can just click on the Returning User button below to access the portal.

All submissions will generate confirmation notifications. In addition, error checks will be performed on bulk reporting. Users will be notified any errors.
